EXPERTISE

Ingrid's expertise is multifaceted. First, she aids founder-directors and investors in litigation tied to M&A transactions and governance restructuring during crises. She guides them through the negotiation of strategic contracts and transfer transactions, which may involve the commercial court.
Moreover, Ingrid assists in handling financial difficulties and managing the risk associated with managers. She does this by using amicable procedures like ad hoc mandates, conciliation, and safeguards, as well as judicial recovery and liquidation procedures.
In addition to her corporate and legal skills, Ingrid possesses a deep understanding of labor law. She uses this knowledge to safeguard her clients' interests during workforce restructurings and capital operations. She conducts thorough audits and formulates post-acquisition optimization strategies.
Furthermore, Ingrid excels in facilitating constructive industrial relations dialogues with staff representatives and ensures that vital employment documentation is in place. Key topics include teleworking, flexible working, days off plans, employee savings, loyalty tools, and collective performance agreements.

She has also acquired specific expertise in adapting to the world of the digital and collaborative economy, which is the subject of new litigation (requalification of employment contracts, loan of labor, wage portage, concealed work, etc.), leading her to publish regularly in specialist journals and to take part in various groups on digital issues.
Many of her clients are innovative players in a broad range of sectors, including tech (collaborative platforms, digital marketing, AI, data, ecommerce), hospitality, mobility & transport, and health & wellbeing (ethical and responsible organic cosmetics).
Ingrid co-founded CHAPTER (formerly PROFFIT CHANTRIER) with Julien Proffit, a law firm dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs and investors with their equity transactions and litigation strategy. Ingrid previously developed her practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Cabinet Cathely
